West Market Clubhouse Exercise Room/Sauna Facility Policy For
Use By Residents
I. ELIGIBLITY
The West Market Clubhouse Exercise Room/Sauna may
be used by West Market residents and tenants of record of residents
at times that do not conflict or interfere with the business activities
of West Market Community Association, so long as the resident has
not had his/her right to use the facility suspended by the Association.
A resident’s right to use the Clubhouse Facilities may be
suspended if a resident is not current with all West Market Community
Association fees.
AGE RESTRICTION: RESIDENTS UNDER THE AGE OF 16 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED
BY AN ADULT, (AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE).
II. OCCUPANCY
As determined by the West Market
Community Association Inc, maximum occupancy of the Exercise
Room is 25 persons. All use of the Exercise Room must conform to
this occupancy limit.
III. LIMITS ON TIMES OF USE
The Exercise Room/Sauna may be used
during the following times: Sunday through Saturday 5 AM to 10:30
PM
The permitted hours of use may be changed or modified by West
Market Community Association at any point in time. As a matter
of courtesy to the community, the premises are to be vacated
quickly and quietly.
IV. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE
- It is the responsibility of
residents to wipe down the exercise equipment after each use.
- Lights, fans and the TV should be turned off
as resident vacate the Exercise Room as long as no other residents
are present.
- The saunas in the women’s and men’s bathrooms
must be turned off after each use. This includes lights, timers
and temperature controls.
- During peek times, a sign up sheet shall be used for the
exercise equipment. As a courtesy to residents waiting to use
the treadmills and bikes, please limit your use to 30 minutes.
