The posting of the governing documents and other important documents of the association are for the benefit of the membership.  Downloading these or any documents from the web site will not satisfy the Disclosure Requirements of the Virginia Property Owners’ Association Act, Article 2, Section 55-509.4.  Association disclosure packets may only be obtained from the property owners’ association.
