The West Market Community Association Board of Directors manages the community's common areas, covenants, and budget. It has retained Service First Management Company to aid in day-to-day management of the property.
The two condominium associations – Madison Park and Lincoln Park – also have association boards.
West Market is part of the Town Center District, which is governed by the Reston Town Center AssociationBoard of Directors.
