West Market is a private community in Reston, Virginia. The common areas, covenants, and budget is managed by a Board of Directors and the management firm, Gates Hudson Community Management.
Within the West Market Community Association are two condominium associations – Madison Park Condominiums and Lincoln Park Condominiums. Each of these condominiums is managed by their respective Boards and charge a monthly assessment in addition to the assessment of the West Market Community Association.
