Clubhouse

The West Market Clubhouse facility is maintained for the use and benefit of all West Market residents and is open to residents everyday, except the Clubhouse is inaccessible between the hours of from Midnight to 5 AM. 
 
  • Access to the facilities requires an access card. 
    • Two cards are issued to each residence and should be transferred to new tenants or to new owners.
    • Replacement keycards are $25 per card.
    • A digital keycard is available. Contact the On-site Manager for details.

  • Fitness Center
    • The Fitness Center is open to residents 5AM - Midnight daily. 
    • Residents are responsible for the careful use of equipment
    • This facility is professionally cleaned twice a week. There is no daily attendant.
    • Please help keep the Fitness Center in good order by wiping down equipment when finished, returning weights to the racks provided, and turning off fans when last to exit
    • Residents under the age of sixteen must be accompanied by an adult when using the facilities
 
  • Saunas
    • A Sauna is located in both the men’s and women’s restrooms
    • Residents under the age of sixteen must be accompanied by an adult when using the facilities
 
  • Party/Meeting Room- which is also available for private rentals
    • Open for residents 24 hours unless there is a private meeting or event- please check the website calendar
    • Clubhouse Rental Application
      • Residents may rent the clubhouse for private events up to 70 guests
      • The rental includes private use of the main room, the rear patio, and grills
      • The kitchen features direct access for caterers and food deliveries
      • Please note: Friday-Monday on holiday weekends - Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day- clubhouse and patio may NOT be rented for private events.

  • Grill area/rear patio 
    • Access to outdoor grills can be acquired from the side gate
